  • I paid with my credit card, can I get a refund in another way?
    If you cancel an order after paying thru credit card, refund will be through cancellation of credit card transaction in your designated bank, and no refund will be made in other way such cash or points.

  • When returning an item, can I send it via any courier I choose
    If you want to ship the product yourself, please send it back through the courier contracted by the seller for smooth return process.

  • Can I specify the delivery date and time?
    It is difficult to specify the delivery date and time because the delivery time of the product may vary depending on the stocks and delivery preparation period, delivery route, and delivery volume of the courier company. However, if you place an order directly over the phone and set up a date with the person in charge, it is possible to ship within 1-2 days as much as possible within the margin of error.

  • I have completed the payment after ordering, but I want to change the shipping address
    After ordering, changes can be made until 'Product is being prepared'.

  • I have already placed an order, can I change my payment method?
    It is not possible to change the payment method after purchasing the product.

    Beware of phishing and smishing scams.

    Please note that when ordering directly over the phone, the estimated delivery date will not be immediately informed.
