Hampyeong-gun, Jeonnam-do, and CNS Company (CEOs Kwon Man-seong and Park Se-eun) signed an investment agreement worth KRW 4.3 billion.
Hampyeong-gun announced on the 28th that "CNS Company, a manufacturer of optical safety glasses and AI smart goggles, has confirmed its move-in to Bitgreen Industrial Complex and signed an investment agreement worth KRW 4.3 billion."
The agreement ceremony held at the military office and it was attended by Hampyeong County Mayor Lee Sang-ik, Kwon Man-seong, and Park Se-eun, CEO of CNS Company.
According to the investment agreement, CNS Company plans to build a new manufacturing facility with a size of 2,795㎡ in Bitgreen National Industrial Complex located in Wolya-myeon.
With this agreement, CNS Company is expected to contribute to the creation of new jobs in the region as well as an annual production effect of KRW 6 billion through the expansion of manufacturing facilities.
Lee Sang-ik, Mayor of Hampyeong-gun, said, “I hope this investment agreement will serve as an opportunity to contribute to revitalizing the local economy and expanding employment.”
On the other hand, CNS Company Co., Ltd. participated in the sharing activity by donating 500 sets of 3 types of daily quarantine kits (worth KRW 4.5 million) consisting of masks and hand sanitizers to Hampyeong-eup as part of the ‘Hope 2023 Sharing Campaign’ prior to the agreement.
