2. Are there other reasons why you start the business?
The company is founded to contribute to the growth of the ophthalmic optics field, such as responding to constantly occurring mutated viruses such as SARS and COVID-19, which can also be transmitted through the eyes, for industrial accidents, living safety, and for other living conveniences.
3. Please introduce 'CNS' items and product strengths.
We developed ‘Besgle’, the world’s first 8g disposable goggles, exported and sold to 34 countries around the world, and we currently developed ‘Softgle’ series that can be used according to various purposes. The Softgle series lineup is as follows:
1. ‘Comfort’ that provides comfort and does not hurt even when worn for a long time
2. ‘Zero’ that maximizes the anti-fog effect
3. ‘Air’, a functional product that preserves the strengths of Besgle and supplements the weaknesses
4. ‘ADD’, a functional film that can be attached
5. ‘Shield’ a face shield that can be attached with UV blocking lenses.
In addition, we are developing three types of smart glasses and safety glasses that combine the 4th industry and AI, and start R&D to develop protective clothing technology that incorporates wearable technology that can be worn easily while supplementing the shortcomings of protective clothing caused by COVID-19. There is an increasing demand for safety glasses suitable for the purpose of occupations where safety protection is essential at work such as quarantine sites, medical sites, and industrial sites, and the demand for goggles and safety glasses is increasing domestically and internationally compared to other protective equipment.
5. I am curious about the goals of ‘CNS’ and the expected effects.
As a leader in the field of ophthalmic optics, we aim to provide convenience to consumers by developing a wide range of items related to eyes health as well as goggles and safety glasses.
In accordance with the government's promotion of localization of quarantine products, 95% are imported products before March 2020 and after March 2020 100% of domestic production are procured after localization. When developing differentiated products, sales are expected to increase due to export promotion.
6. Is there any good news that the company has achieved recently?
Developed 'Softggle Comfort', which has the advantage of no pain when worn, and completed the delivery of 2,000 EA to 'Korea Electric Power Corporation', which needs industrial safety products, and supplied to 'Nonghyup', 'Samsung', 'Hynix', etc. More negotiation is ongoing.

I would like to express it as a mobile phone. Just like a mobile phone, which is an essential item in everyday life to the point that you may feel uncomfortable with it. I think the same goes with human eyes that needs essential item. Although we are familiar with the products, we will strive more to develop that can help our eyes health secure, which we use every day, protect our eyes from various disease, and can be used conveniently.
8. What will your business look like in 10 years?
We will be grown into a world-class specialist in the field of eye optics by developing and utilizing multi-purpose safety glasses such as medical smart goggles and Alzheimer's safety glasses, which are scheduled to be developed for special purposes. In addition, we will move beyond goggles and safety glasses and establish ourselves as a company that specializes in manufacturing products in various categories related to the eyes.
9. What is the management philosophy that the CEO considers most important?
I think the most important is to create an in-house atmosphere through active communication and harmony with employees, as well as being able to see and judge all opinions and insights on planning, execution, and work from both direct and objective perspectives.
