  • I want to change the options of the product I ordered
    Modification of order is not possible once the order has been placed.

    If you have made a purchase through online market, you can cancel the order if the status is still in [Payment Waiting] or [Payment Completed], in this way you can re-order the product with your desired options..

    However, if the status is [Preparing for Shipping], you can request for cancellation but if it is actually shipped, the cancellation request may be rejected.

  • I received a different product, or it is defective and I want to exchange it
    If the product you received is not the product you ordered or there is a problem with the product, you can request for an exchange by contacting customer service center.

    However, you can only exchange the same product as the one you purchased.

  • I couldn't apply for a cash receipt, what should I do?
    If you wish to apply for a cash receipt for voluntarily issuing a cash receipt, you can receive a cash receipt issued directly through the National Tax Service website (https://www.hometax.go.kr) from the date of your payment made.

  • How should I pack the product I want to return and how should I send it?
    You can use the existing box that was used when it was delivered.

    If the box is damaged and cannot be use anymore, please use a box of the same size and secure the product properly.

    Next, please request for a return and store the product at the selected collection site.

    After that, the courier will pick up and collects the returned product.

  • I canceled the order before delivery, but the product has been delivered.
    If you canceled an order during Preparing stage and the seller has not yet dispatched the goods, you can cancel the shipment.

    However, if the seller has already shipped the item, you cannot cancel the shipment. In this case, you can refuse to accept the parcel when it will be delivered to you.

    1) If you receive the shipping schedule notice after the order has been canceled
    If you receive a call from the courier, please inform them that you refuse to accept the parcel.

    2) In case the product was received because the request for refusal was not made after the order was canceled
    Please contact the Customer Center of the online marketplace or directly contact the seller as you need to return the received product.

    3) If you received the product after canceling the order, but wish to use it

  • What are the criteria for exchange/return?
    Only unused products can be exchanged/returned. If a problem is found during the inspection stage after receiving the products, we will contact you immediately.
    In accordance with the 'Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, etc.', you can request exchange/return within 7 days upon receipt of the product.

  • Who will pay for the cost of returns?
    Depending on the circumstances. If the seller is at fault, such as product defect/damage/mis delivery, etc., the customer does not incur exchange/return costs.

    However, if the buyer simply changes his mind, the return cost may be charged to the customer.

  • I damaged the packaging of the product, can I return it?
    There are products whose packaging is also recognized as one of the value of the product. If the packaging of these products has been damaged and the value of the product has decreased, returns due to simple change of mind are not possible.
